How do I return an item?

Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.

 

Note: On these conditions, we don't accept your returning:

1.The clothing is the same as the photos of the item we sent to you.

2.The letter location printed on the clothing has a few centimeters deviation.

 

How do I return an item?

If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to sales@idealmalls.com within 3 days upon receiving your order. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Idealmalls. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned, and you will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be
returned together.
We will provide you the returned address after we heard from you.
